The Problem
IDC Technologies presently services one of the largest banks in North America for both IT and administrative roles through our preferred implementation partner.
The staffing project required over 35 qualified IT professionals across various skill sets ( SAP, JAVA / J2ee, Python, CRM specialists, Cloud Infrastructure Specialists, Business Analyst and Project Managers ) across locations in NJ, NY, NC, FL, CA, TX and AZ. The client also faced a challenge in sourcing multiple candidates across sites within a short span of time.
The Solution
We deployed core recruitment teams of qualified senior recruiters managed by an account manager. The team metrics were driven by clients SLA and deployment of staffing workforce within the given time was critical to the project.
So, we utilized the existing database of over 1,00,000,000 candidates along with some of the leading job boards such as DICE, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed to source potential candidates for the role.
We ensured a minimum turnaround time of 2 hours for easy to find skill sets and 12 hours for niche / hard to find skills.
Our recruitment team was instrumental in sourcing, preliminary resume screening, candidate qualification and submittal of over 1200 qualified visa-independent candidates across labour categories within 1 month.
The Outcome
Over 50 candidates shortlisted by the client post interview in 30 business days.
BGC and drug test were conducted by us with an SLA of 5 business days to complete the extensive background check process.
35 candidates deployed within 30 business days as contract employees recruited and payrolled by IDC Technologies.
